Returns & Exchanges

At, Lilly and Lacey, our hope is that you are happy with your purchase. But, we understand that sometimes there needs to be returns or exchanges. Any item returned MUST be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued, only store credit will be issued via a code sent to your email within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will enter this code at checkout of your next purchase to receive your store credit. Merchandise returned must be in its original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping and handling is at the expense of the customer with carrier of your choice. We suggest obtaining a tracking number to insure your package is returned to us so that you can promptly receive your store credit. Any items that appear to have been worn, damaged and/or without tags will not be accepted. Please include a note with your name, along with items being returned and the reason for the return. Thank You!



Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise from us, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. You may email us at Please make a picture of the merchandise showing damage and attached price tag, include the name of item and your name used to purchase. We will get back to you promptly to discuss replacement of same item, store credit or refund. *Refunds are offered only in the case of damaged merchandise received, not in normal exchanges or returns.
